The CLE Speaker Series is a program for in-house and general counsel focused on a variety of newsworthy business and litigation legal developments. Specialty credits in the area of ethics will be offered for this session.
This session will cover several current hot button ethics issues that lawyers confront on a regular basis. Topics will include new rules and key opinions; competence; confidentiality and privilege; cybersecurity and client data; duties of supervisory lawyers; and disrespect, discrimination and harassment issues.
