The CLE Speaker Series is a program for in-house and general counsel focused on a variety of newsworthy business and litigation legal developments. 

This session will cover the major developments in data security and privacy law in 2020 and the key issues organizations will be addressing in 2021. Topics will include Schrems II; the CPRA; specialized data processing, such as biometric information and AI; COVID-19 privacy challenges; the global data protection environment and more.
