Event summary
Securities Enforcement Forum 2020 is the preeminent securities enforcement conference in the world. It is a unique, one-day conference that brings together current and former senior SEC officials, securities enforcement and white-collar attorneys, in-house counsel and compliance executives and other top professionals in the field.
The event will include a full day of panels on the most pressing and critical topics in securities enforcement, including cryptocurrency, cybersecurity, financial and accounting fraud, litigation and investigation strategies and more. The conference will feature an unparalleled faculty, including many current senior SEC enforcement officials and over two dozen other luminaries in the securities enforcement field.
Securities Enforcement Forum 2020 will feature Spotlight Q&A discussions with the SEC’s Matthew Jacques and Richard Best. It will also be highlighted by a Directors’ Panel that will offer insights from SEC Enforcement Director Stephanie Avakian, as well as seven former SEC Enforcement Directors.
