Cooley partner Louise Delahunty will be chairing a panel on "Bribery versus compliance – how to change the culture" at the 21st Commonwealth Law Conference (CLC). The CLC objectives are to promote the rule of law, encourage improved professional standards, create lasting bonds between all members of the profession through CLA membership and ensure that there is on-going dialogue on topical issues that impact on the people of the Commonwealth and beyond. This event will be focusing on various streams on corporate & commercial, constitutional & human rights, legal & the judicial profession and also contemporary legal topics.
