Topics covered will include: opportunities created by the Tax Reform Act, extending post termination option exercise periods, RSUs and accelerated vesting provisions, among others.

This activity will provide California MCLE credit in the amount of 1.0 hour General. Cooley LLP is a MCLE Approved Activity Provider by the State Bar of California.
