Event summary

The competition for top talent is fiercer than ever. Join us for a discussion of creative ways to incentivize and retain top talent through your company’s equity alternatives. Topics covered will include: opportunities created by the Tax Reform Act, extending post termination option exercise periods, RSUs and accelerated vesting provisions, among others.

Barbara Mirza and Ross Eberly will lead a discussion on independent contractors.

This activity will provide California MCLE credit in the amount of 1.0 hour General. Cooley LLP is a MCLE Approved Activity Provider by the State Bar of California.
