For those who would like some light reading over the upcoming holiday weekend, here is a link to the 2000-page Dodd-Frank Wall Street Reform and Consumer Protection Act. It was supposed to be smooth going for passage of the Act, but with the recent death of Senator Byrd and the Senator Brown's new objection to the bill's bank tax, adoption may not be as easy as originally predicted.
