We have significant experience representing sponsors of athletes and teams at virtually all levels. We also have worked on projects involving online, new media, mobile and other emerging digital distribution platforms. Such projects include negotiating online, digital and mobile rights agreements, as well as content distribution agreements.

Representative Matters

  • Sportradar on its multiyear partnership with the NBA, including exclusive rights to certain statistical and digital video content. Sportradar provides real-time scores and stats for 40+ sports, 800+ leagues and 200,000+ events. It is a global leader in understanding and leveraging the power of sports data and digital content for its clients around the world
  • 15 Seconds of Fame (15SOF), an emerging technology and social media platform that monetizes in-arena moments, in connection with agreements with MLB, the NBA and the NHL
  • DraftKings in its category exclusive multiyear sponsorship agreement with NASCAR and with its category exclusive multiyear sponsorship agreement extension with and equity investment by MLB
  • SeatGeek on its multiyear agreement with MLS to become its official ticketing partner, along with all of SeatGeek’s corporate, financing and operational matters 
  • Super Evil Mega Corp. in connection with its groundbreaking esports league franchise program for Vainglory, a mobile, multi-player online battle arena
  • Essential Products (an emerging IOT hardware manufacturer and software developer) in connection with a broad based promotional launch campaign involving high-profile athletes, musicians and influencers
  • Atlanta Braves in connection with the club's stadium naming rights and other sponsorship relationships  
  • 18Birdies, a leading golf app, in connection with its sponsorship and influencer relationships
