About Sarah
Sarah Swain is an associate in the antitrust and competition practice after joining Cooley in 2013.
Before joining Cooley, Sarah was an attorney at the US Federal Trade Commission Bureau of Competition, where she investigated and litigated potentially anticompetitive conduct and mergers in a variety of industries.
While attending Georgetown University Law Center, she was a member of the Harrison Institute for Public Law's Policy Center.
