About Noah
Noah Pittard is a startup company and venture capital lawyer who represents companies and VC funds across the country. His practice focuses on the formation and financing of emerging technology companies, as well as counseling emerging companies with respect to M&A, strategic relationships, recapitalizations and general corporate matters.
During law school, Noah was a member of the California Law Review.
Before attending law school, he was an active entrepreneur, starting and managing several small businesses, including a multiple-location Christmas tree company in Atlanta and a coffee and dessert restaurant in Athens, Georgia.
