About Nat
Nat represents clients in all aspects of employment counseling and litigation, helping them anticipate and solve workplace problems that span across federal and state employment statutes. Nat supports corporate transactions –conducting due diligence related to employment matters in mergers & acquisitions, venture capital financings and initial public offerings. She also maintains an active pro bono practice.
