Cooley advised Magnify Ventures, an early-stage venture capital firm investing in visionary founders leading the digital transformation of how people live, work and care for one another, on the debut of its $52 million fund. Lawyers John Dado, Elizabeth Reese and Molly Kirwan led the Cooley team advising Magnify Ventures.

Cooley advised Construct Capital, an early-stage venture capital firm, on its recent fundraise of $300 million, including $225 million for its second early-stage fund, Fund II, and $75 million for a new vehicle for select later-stage opportunities. Partner John Clendenin led the Cooley team advising Construct Capital.
