About Mary
Mary advises high-growth companies of all sizes on executive compensation and employee benefits matters including issues related to equity arrangements (options, RSUs, RSAs, phantom equity), token-based incentives (restricted tokens, RTUs), parachute payments, benefit plans, deferred compensation and severance entitlements. She drafts and negotiates compensation terms in mergers, acquisitions, IPOs, SPACs, employment agreements and financing transaction documents.
