About Kelly
Kelly Bartling's practice focuses on the representation of companies and investors in the formation and financing of emerging companies in a wide array of industries, as well as counseling emerging companies with respect to strategic relationships, recapitalizations, mergers and acquisitions and general corporate matters.
Prior to joining Cooley, Kelly was an associate at Orrick Herrington & Sutcliffe in San Francisco. In law school, Kelly was as a member of the Boalt Technology Law Journal.
