About Katie

Katie is a transactional commercial real estate attorney based in Cooley’s Reston office. Katie concentrates her practice on real estate matters, including commercial acquisitions, dispositions, and leasing commercial properties.

Prior to joining Cooley, Katie was an associate for several years at another large law firm, where she represented and advised clients on various real estate matters, including acquisitions, dispositions, leasing, development, joint ventures, acquisitions for conservation purposes, and complex corporate acquisitions and restructuring transactions.

Katie graduated summa cum laude from George Mason University, Antonin Scalia Law School, where she received the Daniel D. Polsby Award for Excellence in Leadership.
