Joyce regularly advises fund managers on their upper-tier arrangements, performance incentive plans, governance matters and investment advisory businesses. Joyce also has significant experience representing institutional investors’ global investments in private funds. She counsels sovereign wealth funds, funds of funds, corporate venture funds, endowment funds and family offices in connection with their private fund commitments, co-investments, co-GP arrangements, strategic joint ventures, secondary transactions, and various asset management-related matters.
