Jonathan Rivinus

Jonathan Rivinus' practice focuses on taxation of partnerships and corporations in a variety of contexts, including mergers and acquisitions, insolvency and restructurings, and structuring and drafting partnership and limited liability company agreements.

Prior to joining Cooley, Jonathan clerked for the Honorable Carol Glowinsky and Honorable Andrew R. Macdonald of the 20th Judicial District in Boulder, Colorado.

Jonathan worked in the financial industry as an associate at Lehman Brothers prior to attending law school, and also held accounting positions at the Jackson Hole Ski Corporation and Four Seasons Resort Jackson Hole. While at the University of Colorado Law School, he was a Rothgerber Moot Court member and a recipient of the Public Service Pledge Award.
