Cooley represented Andreessen Horowitz (a16z), a Silicon Valley-based venture capital firm that backs bold entrepreneurs building the future through technology, on the closing of $7.2 billion for the following new funds: American Dynamism ($600 million), Applications ($1 billion), Games ($600 million), Infrastructure ($1.25 billion) and Growth ($3.75 billion).

Cooley advised Playground Global, an early-stage, deep-tech venture firm investing in transformative technologies and founders building category-defining businesses, on raising $410 million for its venture capital funds, bringing its total assets under management to more than $1.2 billion.

Cooley advised Vesey Ventures, an early-stage venture firm focusing on financial services solutions, on the closing of its $78 million debut fund.
