Cooley advised Tetra Tech, a leading global provider of consulting and engineering services that focuses on water, environment, sustainable infrastructure, renewable energy and international development, on its Rule 144A offering of $575 million aggregate principal amount of 2.25% convertible senior notes due 2028, which includes the full exercise of the initial purchasers’ option to purchase an additional $75 million aggregate principal amount of notes.
