About Brian
Brian Burke advises high-growth, disruptive companies and the investors that fund them in connection with early stage, venture capital, growth equity, private equity and M&A transactions. He also works with his clients on day-to-day corporate matters as outside corporate counsel. Brian has worked with hundreds of companies and investors throughout the US and across a wide range of industries.
Brian has been recognized by Super Lawyers as a Rising Star in business/corporate law and by Bisnow in its Trending 40 Lawyers Under 40 list.
Prior to rejoining Cooley, he was vice president of corporate development, general counsel and corporate secretary for 3Pillar Global, a software product development company in Fairfax, Virginia.
Before his work at Cooley, Brian served as a law clerk to the Honorable Charles R. Wilson of the US Court of Appeals for the Eleventh Circuit.
