Bram is a member of Cooley’s M&A and Private Equity Groups and focuses his practice on all types of private and public merger and acquisition transactions, with a particular emphasis on private equity, cross-border and other complex transactions. He represents financial and strategic buyers and sellers across a variety of industries, including technology, entertainment, digital health and consumer products.
