About Bobbi
Bobbi Milliken is a paralegal specialist in the fund formation practice group and a member of Cooley's business department. She joined Cooley's Menlo Park office in 1988 and is currently resident in the Reston office. Bobbi specializes in corporate and securities transactions. Her experience includes a full range of corporate and securities matters, including venture fund formations, venture capital financings, private placements, corporate formation and maintenance, mergers and acquisitions, and SEC compliance.
Before joining Cooley, she was employed as a senior paralegal and then a marketing manager for Fox Capital Group, a California real estate syndication firm in the San Francisco Bay area, prior to which she was a legal assistant at Hogan & Hartson in Washington, DC.
