Belen Crisp

Belen practices law at the intersection of communications, regulation and technology. She works diligently to help clients comply with state and federal regulations. Belen’s prior experience with government, corporate and nonprofit entities gives her a unique understanding of how to navigate complex issues in the technology and telecommunications fields. She also assists broadcast clients with transactional due diligence and compliance.

Belen’s regulatory practice focuses on broadcast and communications issues, as well as state telecommunications and Federal Communications Commission (FCC) compliance. She also assists clients with FCC investigations and various advocacy strategies.

Belen currently is serving in her first term as a co-chair of the women’s leadership committee and her second term as a co-chair of the transactional practice committee for the Federal Communications Bar Association – The Tech Bar.
