Cooley Noted Among Finalists for Multiple GCR Awards

The work of Cooley’s antitrust & competition practice in three matters has been shortlisted as part of Global Competition Review’s annual GCR Awards series. In the Merger Control Matter of the Year – Americas category, GCR shortlisted Horizon Therapeutic’s $28 billion acquisition by Amgen, in which the firm represented Horizon. Additionally, the publication shortlisted One Medical’s $3.9 billion acquisition by Amazon, in which Cooley represented One Medical.

In the category covering Litigation of the Year – Non-Cartel Defense, the firm’s work was noted in the shortlisting of Real Estate Exchange, Inc. v. Zillow, Inc., for which the firm secured a summary judgment victory for the National Association of Realtors.

The winners will be announced at GCR’s 14th annual awards ceremony on April 9 in Washington, DC.

In January 2024, GCR recommended Cooley and its partners in its GCR 100, an annual listing and analysis of the world’s top competition and antitrust law practices, for Brussels and Washington, DC.
