Cooley advised Truebill, a personal finance app that helps consumers manage their financial lives, on its agreement to sell to tech-driven real estate, mortgage and financial services business platform Rocket Companies for $1.275 billion. Kevin Cooper led the Cooley team advising Truebill on this transaction, and Mike Lincoln at Cooley has worked with the company since its inception.

Cooley advised Founder Shield, a tech-enabled insurance distribution platform, on its sale to BRP Group, an independent insurance distribution firm delivering tailored insurance solutions. Partner Geoffrey Starr led the Cooley team advising Founder Shield.

Cooley advised Interos, a supply chain risk management and operational resilience technology company, on its $100 million Series C financing round, which brings its valuation to more than $1 billion.

Cooley advised IonQ, a quantum computing hardware and software company, on its merger agreement with special purpose acquisition company dMY Technology Group III. Resulting in $650 million in gross proceeds, including $350 million from a fully committed PIPE, the transaction will make IonQ the first publicly traded pure-play hardware and software company in the quantum computing space. Partners Adam Ruttenberg, John McKenna, David Silverman, Jaime Chase and Mike Lincoln led the Cooley team advising IonQ.

Cooley advised Immunome on its $39 million initial public offering of 3,250,000 shares of common stock. Immunome, whose securities now trade on the Nasdaq Capital Market under the symbol “IMNM,” is a biopharmaceutical company utilizing a proprietary human memory B cell platform to discover and develop first-in-class antibody therapeutics. Partners Jeffrey Libson and Ryan Sansom led the Cooley team.
