Cooley advised Lacework, a data-driven cloud security company, on its definitive agreement to be acquired by Fortinet (Nasdaq: FTNT), the global cybersecurity leader driving the convergence of networking and security.

Cooley advised Moogsoft, an artificial intelligence-driven provider of intelligent monitoring solutions that support DevOps and ITOps, on its agreement to sell to Dell Technologies. Lawyers Steve Tonsfeldt, Mark Tanoury, Sangitha Palaniappa and Allison Peth led the Cooley team advising Moogsoft.
