Cooley Featured as 2023 Cybersecurity & Privacy Group of the Year
Travis LeBlanc and Patrick Van Eecke, Cooley partners and co-chairs of the firm’s global cyber/data/privacy practice, were quoted by Law360 about Cooley’s 2023 Cybersecurity & Privacy Group of the Year recognition. The award was based on the firm’s representation of Chegg in a Federal Trade Commission investigation and a proposed class action, and Google in a case before the Belgian Data Protection Authority. LeBlanc and Van Eecke noted that Cooley is distinct from its competitors due to the firm’s ability to provide a full spectrum of solutions by teaming privacy, data security, litigation, investigations and advisory practitioners in one group, as well as having an international practice with offices in Europe and Asia.
