Kyle C. Wong is an associate in the firm's Litigation Department. He joined Cooley LLP in 2007 and is resident in the San Francisco office.
Mr. Wong's practice focuses on complex commercial litigation, including antitrust and trade regulation, contractual disputes, and other commercial litigation. Mr. Wong also has represented clients in a number of appeals and writ proceedings in the federal and state appellate courts.
Before joining Cooley, Mr. Wong served as a judicial law clerk to the Honorable Sonia Sotomayor of the United States Court of Appeals for the Second Circuit and the Honorable Deborah A. Batts of the United States District Court for the Southern District of New York. He also worked as a litigation associate at Cleary Gottlieb Steen & Hamilton LLP in its New York office, where he worked on international litigation and arbitration matters as well as on a First Amendment speech and associational rights case.
Mr. Wong received his J.D. degree with distinction in 2002 from Stanford Law School, where he served as an executive editor of the Stanford Law Review. He graduated magna cum laude from Harvard College with an A.B. in history and literature.
Mr. Wong is a member of the state bars of California and New York.
