Cooley advised Ridge Ventures, an early-stage venture firm investing in software, on the closing of Ridge Ventures V, L.P. (Ridge V) and related entities at $180 million, its largest fund to date.

Cooley advised Regeneration.VC, a newly launched, early-stage venture capital fund, on the closing of its $45 million inaugural fund to supercharge consumer-powered climate innovation. Lawyers John Dado, Wyatt Christiansen and Katia MacNeill led the Cooley team advising Regeneration.VC.

Cooley advised Inspired Capital, a New York-based early-stage venture firm founded by Alexa von Tobel and Penny Pritzker, on the close of its second fund with $281 million in capital commitments. Partner Shane Goudey led the Cooley team advising Inspired Capital.
