About Gordon
Gordon focuses on corporate and securities law. He acts as outside corporate counsel for growth-stage companies, helping management teams establish and maintain a corporate and governance structure that will enable rapid growth throughout the life cycle of the business. Gordon counsels both private and publicly traded companies on a full range of transactions and matters, including equity and debt financings, IPOs and other securities offerings, strategic corporate relationships and joint ventures and mergers and acquisitions. He advises companies and their boards of directors on a wide range of securities, financial reporting and disclosure issues, SEC and exchange reporting and compliance, and corporate governance. Gordon also represents a diverse set of investors in connection with their financial and strategic investments in innovative technology and life sciences companies. Gordon also assists management and investors to facilitate secondary sales and liquidity opportunities.
