Cooley advised Everbridge, a global leader in critical event management and national public warning solutions, on its definitive agreement to be acquired by Thoma Bravo in an all-cash transaction valuing Everbridge at approximately $1.8 billion.

Cooley advised CallTower, an international leader in delivering cloud-based, enterprise-class communications, contact center and collaboration solutions, on its investment from BV Investment Partners.

Cooley advised IAA, Inc. (IAA), a global digital marketplace connecting vehicle buyers and sellers, on its cross-border stock and cash acquisition by Ritchie Bros., which closed on Monday, March 20.

Cooley advised DispatchHealth, the first comprehensive in-home medical care provider in the US, on the acquisition of two leading mobile imaging companies, Dynamic Mobile Imaging and Professional Portable X-Ray. Partner Laura Medina led the teams  advising DispatchHealth.
