Event details
September 27, 2022
9:00 – 10:00 am Pacific Standard Time

Event summary

The California Privacy Rights Act (CPRA) and the Virginia Consumer Data Protection Act are both coming into effect on January 1, 2023, leaving companies with just a few short months left to prepare. In addition, with the B2B and HR data exemption under the CCPA/CPRA sunsetting at the end of the year, companies now face additional compliance challenges. This session will explore strategies for companies to successfully continue their compliance journey through the end of the year before the new laws come into effect and into 2023, from handling B2B and HR data to launching privacy policy updates to other compliance measures.

Session four

This session will explore strategies for successfully launching privacy notice updates and other compliance measures, ideally before the year-end holiday scramble.
