Event summary

2022 will be a busy year for legal and privacy professionals preparing for a new generation of US privacy laws that will start to take effect on January 1, 2023. This webinar series presents a holistic roadmap to compliance with these laws – the California Privacy Rights Act (CPRA), the Virginia Consumer Data Protection Act (CDPA), and the Colorado Privacy Act (CPA) – and highlights the steps that businesses should be taking during each quarter of 2022 to stay on pace and complete compliance efforts by the deadline.

Session two

This session will explore strategies for performing the due diligence and data mapping necessary to confirm obligations under the new laws and identify compliance gaps.
