In his previous role as senior counsel with the SEC Division of Enforcement in San Francisco, Walker led nationally prominent matters at the intersection of the federal securities laws and the Silicon Valley technology industry. His practice focuses on corporate accounting and disclosures, auditor misconduct, cybersecurity and privacy, blockchain technology, investment adviser regulations and complex insider trading.
