Tim Lecher assists emerging and established companies with a broad range of employment counseling and litigation matters. As an advisor, Tim works with clients to anticipate and address a wide range of sensitive employment matters, including employment discrimination, disability accommodation, wage and hour law compliance, trade secret misappropriation, and unlawful competition issues. Tim also routinely prepares documents spanning all aspects of the employment relationship, including employment, confidentiality, restrictive covenant, and separation agreements. As an advocate, Tim frequently represents employers in proceedings before state and federal courts and administrative agencies, including the U.S. Equal Employment Opportunity Commission.
