Teresa Yang

Teresa Yang focuses her practice on venture capital, private equity, life sciences, mergers and acquisitions and general corporate. Teresa advises international and domestic clients on their cross-border transactions and operations, including financings, licensing transactions, mergers and acquisitions, as well as other corporate, regulatory and compliance matters. She also assists international investment funds in their investment in China based emerging companies. She has experience across a multitude of industries, particularly in the life sciences and the high-tech industries.

Teresa is a native Mandarin speaker and is fluent in English.
