About Rupa
Rupa Briggs represents issuers and investment banks in capital markets transactions spanning from initial public offerings, follow-on equity offerings, rights offerings and SPACs to high-yield and investment-grade debt offerings, liability management transactions and restructurings. She counsels public companies and their boards on a wide range of securities and corporate matters, including SEC reporting and compliance, corporate governance and strategic transactions. She has worked with clients across a diverse set of industries, including technology, healthcare, insurance and consumer products.
Prior to joining Cooley, Rupa was a partner at White & Case LLP.
