Patrick Murck is one of the most influential figures in the Bitcoin space, having been a founding member of the Bitcoin Foundation in 2012. In addition to his role as special counsel at Cooley he is a fellow of the Berkman Klein Center at Harvard University, where he researches the policy and legal implications of smart contract, the blockchain and Bitcoin.
