She has argued motions in federal court and arbitrations, and deposed and cross-examined witnesses. Her practice involves numerous areas of law, including complex commercial litigation, investigations, pharmaceuticals and intellectual property. She has litigated disputes arising out of patent licensing agreements, breaches of fiduciary duties, breaches of contracts, and products liability claims.
