Nancy’s practice focuses on helping clients successfully navigate the complex regulatory issues affecting the delivery of education from pre-school through university, including both institutions and the rapidly growing technology companies that support the education vertical. She advises on regulatory matters affecting the sale, acquisition, merger and restructuring of institutions and companies, both for- and non-profit, that provide education and training within the US and globally. Nancy’s clients rely on her for strategies to comply with laws and regulations governing online education across state and national borders, as well as securing and protecting institutional access to the federal student loan and grant programs. She also counsels clients on compliance and investigations arising under the various federal civil rights laws that affect companies in the education space, including Title IX and the Americans with Disabilities Act.
