Mary Maher Lewis focuses her practice in the areas of employee benefits and executive compensation. She advises clients in public offerings, mergers and acquisitions and other corporate transactions on issues related to equity arrangements, parachute payments, benefit plans and other forms of executive compensation. She designs and implements equity and incentive compensation plans, employee stock purchase plans, nonqualified deferred compensation plans, employment and severance agreements, change in control plans and other compensation arrangements. She also assists publicly held clients with the disclosure of compensation arrangements in public filings and corporate governance matters related to executive compensation.
