About Lesse
Lesse Castleberry has extensive experience in structuring business transactions, including startups, joint ventures, spin-offs and acquisitions. He has also counseled and represented clients in a wide variety of controversies at the federal, state and local level.
In 1984, Lesse joined Kronish Lieb Weiner & Hellman, which merged into Cooley in 2006. He is an adjunct professor of law in the graduate tax division of New York University School of Law.
