Kim Pathman is an experienced litigator who represents clients in all aspects of employment counseling and litigation. She advises employers on compliance with federal, state, and local employment statutes, including those governing recruitment and hiring, workplace discrimination and harassment, wage and hour practices, employee leave and disability issues, and misclassification. She also assists clients with developing and implementing personnel practices and procedures, drafts employment, confidentiality, non-compete, and separation agreements, performs due diligence on corporate transactions, investigates allegations of misconduct, and assists clients with managing difficult employees.
