Keith Ranta is special counsel in the compensation and benefits practice group. His practice focuses on executive compensation and employee benefit plans. He advises publicly and privately held companies on the design and implementation of equity and incentive compensation plans, employee stock purchase plans, nonqualified deferred compensation plans, employment and severance agreements, change in control plans and other compensation arrangements. He assists publicly held clients with disclosure of compensation arrangements in public filings and corporate governance matters related to executive compensation, and he advises clients on compensation and benefit plan issues arising in connection with public offerings, mergers, acquisitions and other corporate transactions.
