Joseph Drayton is a first chair trial lawyer who has represented the nation’s largest enterprises in competitive and strategic litigation involving varied forms of technology. Joe’s mission as a lawyer is to find solutions to issues and disputes plaguing clients. Joe's practice background includes a broad range of intellectual property and complex commercial matters including patent litigation, trademark and copyright usage, trade dress, design patents and false advertising.
