Jonathan Kim focuses on complex commercial and securities litigation, having had significant experience successfully defending some of the world’s largest financial institutions and companies. Prior to joining Cooley, Jonathan spent more than a decade at Goldman, Sachs & Co. LLC, advising Goldman since the beginning of the financial crisis and holding significant and diverse legal positions within its Litigation & Regulatory Proceedings group. Leveraging that experience, he is uniquely positioned to advise Wall Street clients and companies at all stages of maturity with respect to complex commercial litigation, confidential internal investigations, pre-dispute crisis management and regulatory enforcement risk.
