Jason has litigated and tried dozens of Hatch-Waxman and other pharmaceutical patent cases before federal courts throughout the US, including cases involving Zantac®; Wellbutrin®; Wellbutrin SR®; Wellbutrin XL®; Ceftin®; Intuniv®; Vyvanse®; Oxtellar XR®; Angiomax® and Lialda®.
