Jane Jeong’s practice encompasses a wide range of employment counseling. She represents public and private clients in connection with various commercial transactions and advises on day-to-day employment matters, including recruiting and hiring talent, employee mobility, employment policies, non-compete agreements, and federal, state, and local statutes. Jane serves as the National Co-Chair of Cooley’s Asian Pacific Islander Attorney Affinity Group and she is passionate about promoting diversity, wellness, and emotional and mental health. She serves as the Co-Chair of the Young Lawyers Committee for the Asian American Bar Association of New York (AABANY), and she is the host of AABANY’s weekly podcast, The Whole Lawyer Project, which highlights Asian American attorneys and leaders throughout the nation and the human stories behind their success. Jane also serves on the Wellness Committee for the National Asian Pacific American Bar Association and on the Labor & Employment Law Committee for the New York City Bar Association. Jane is also a writer, yogi, dog-lover, and former Wall Street analyst and boutique fitness instructor.
