Jane Jeong focuses her practice on employment counseling and mergers/acquisitions for clients ranging from early-stage startups to Fortune 100 companies. She represents public and private clients across all industries in various M&A transactions and advises on day-to-day employment matters—including recruiting and hiring talent, employee mobility, personnel policies, executive compensation agreements, non-compete agreements and federal, state, and local employment statutes. Additionally, Jane serves as the national co-chair of Cooley’s Asian Pacific Islander Attorney Affinity Group and she is passionate about promoting diversity, wellness and emotional and mental health. Jane is also a writer, yogi, dog-lover and former Wall Street analyst and boutique fitness instructor.
