Erin Kravitz works with public company boards and management teams, advising on a range of shareholder engagement and corporate governance matters. She works with clients to effectively engage shareholders, proxy advisory firms and other stakeholders, and implement responsive action plans, in particular with respect to environmental, social and governance (ESG) issues, including diversity.   Erin has represented companies at all stages of their life cycle and uses her experience to reach practical solutions that balance best governance practices, business goals and long-term shareholder value.
