Deepa Kannappan focuses her practice on patent litigation before the Patent Trial and Appeal Board, the Federal Circuit Court of Appeals, federal district courts and the International Trade Commission. She works across a range of technologies, include pulmonary hypertension drugs and inhalers, antibody-based cancer treatments, fiber optic equipment, reputation management tools and wireless communication systems, Deepa has helped secure victories for both plaintiffs and defendants and is heavily involved in the technical aspects of cases (non-infringement and invalidity) from complaint drafting to fact and expert discovery to dispositive motion practice, as well as parallel litigation strategies.
