Deepa Kannappan focuses her practice on patent litigation before the Patent Trial and Appeal Board, the Federal Circuit Court of Appeals, federal district courts and the International Trade Commission. She works across a range of technologies, including pulmonary hypertension drugs and inhalers, antibody-based cancer treatments, fiber optic equipment, reputation management tools, wireless communication systems and liquid cooling technology.
