His transactional experience includes more than 1,000 transactions and acting as lead negotiator in over 300 completed mergers and acquisitions with values ranging from tens of millions to nearly twenty billion dollars. His range of clients spans young startups like Periscope to hot unicorns like Snap and includes mature tech companies like Cisco Systems. He has extensive experience with a broad range of deal structures, which includes not only classic public company acquisitions and VC-backed private acquisitions, but also regularly represents parties in acquihires, tax free double mergers, tender offers, so-called “reverse” mergers and other less common structures.
